We will use your information to solely create , supervise, and execute mobile notary closings that you request from us with third-party notaries on behalf of your company, to raise awareness about recent business related developments, or to provide you with information or event details that we feel may be of relevance or interest to you. 

We respect your right to privacy and will not disclose, share, sell or rent any personal information held about you or your clients without your consent, with the exception of external service providers (such as independent notary publics) who have been hired by us to assist in the provision of services to our clients and customers. Where we have outsourced a function or activity to an external service provider will we only disclose personal information that the service provider needs to undertake that function or activity, and we require external service providers to agree to keep your personal information secure and we enter into confidentiality agreements for this purpose.

Where you provide us with sensitive personal information such as your credit card or other financial details, we will encrypt that information. We do not store credit card details. Payment terms are agreed between the client and Vita Signatures LLC contingent of the services that is being requested by us. Payments are only accepted via mail checks, e-checks, Zelle, PayPal, and Square. For Notaries who are hired by Vita Signatures, you ("you" "your company") automatically agree to a Net30 term, and may be paid before or within the net term via Deluxe E-Checks. We do not by any means, send payment via snail mail. All third-party notaries are required to submit an updated W9 before disbursement of payment to comply with IRS regulations.
